Cancellation Policy
EIA Beauty and Glam – Client Policy (Makeup Services) Legally Binding under the Laws of the Republic of South Africa Thank you for choosing EIA Beauty and Glam. Please read the following policy carefully before booking: 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment. The balance is due on or before the day of service. Payment methods accepted: EFT, bank deposit, or mobile transfer. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged in full. Rescheduling may be accommodated depending on availability, but the deposit remains non-refundable. 3. Skin Sensitivities & Allergies Clients must disclose any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. EIA Beauty and Glam will not be held liable for any adverse skin reactions that result from undeclared allergies or client-provided products. 4. Liability Client Responsibility: Arrive on time with a clean, makeup-free face. Delays may reduce service time. Our Responsibility: We commit to providing hygienic, professional service using high-quality, tested products. EIA Beauty and Glam is not liable for unforeseen events (e.g., power outages, illness, or force majeure situations such as natural disasters). 5. Contract Requirement All makeup bookings are subject to a signed Service Agreement. The agreement is enforceable under South African law.
